This cocktail is a fun twist on a whiskey sour. The blackberry adds just enough sweetness without taking away from the burbon. It pairs well with a steak dinner and it's perfect for nights when you want your drink to feel a little more special.

Ingredients

2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon Whiskey

½ oz fresh lemon juice

½ oz simple syrup

3 blackberries (extra for garnishing)

Directions
  1. Add 3 blackberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle until the berries release their juices.

  2. Add ice, Bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

  3. Secure the lid and shake well for 30 seconds.

  4. Strain into glass filled with ice.

  5. Garnish with fresh blackberries and serve.
